Shipping policy

We send orders with POSTNORD, UPS, DHL, SCHENKER, BRING, DSV.

Normal delivery time is about 1 - 4 days. During the high season it can take longer, we do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company:

  • Standard delivery time: From 1 to 4 working days (furniture can take longer, about 1 - 2 weeks)
  • The times may vary depending on where you live in Sweden

We will do everything to ensure that your order is delivered quickly.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you a fee for our work with handling the goods.

We offer a number of different shipping options within Sweden. When you have filled in your postcode at checkout, we will show you the options offered for your particular postcode. Bulky goods are sent as home delivery and other to your nearest postal agent. For orders where all products are in stock, we normally have a handling time of 1-4 working days before they are sent with a forwarder from our warehouse / store.

To offer the best packaging solution and fast deliveries, your order can be shipped in two or more packages. This is then stated in the tracking link you receive in your delivery confirmation. Your packages may arrive at the collection point at different times, but you should always be able to track your shipments via the forwarder\'s website.

This also applies to orders where parts of the order are not in stock and must be ordered from the supplier. In these cases, you will receive several deliveries.

Our prices and fees may be changed by circumstances that we do not have control over, such as significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes, price increases by the shipping companies or changed VAT.

Due to local health concerns, please expect any delays in delivery.
There are no restrictions on package delivery.
